Membership Member of the Council can become every adult person fully authorized to represent a company that has a substantial investment in the territory of the country, who comes at the Council of her/his own free will. To be admitted to the Council and to establish a membership, the interested party should be acceptable to the Council and should submit Application from and Letter for authorization and appointment to the Executive Committee of the Council, which reviews the applications and decides upon it on its regular session. Apart from regular members, the Council can also accept Honorary members. The Executive Committee proposes the Honorary members which are subject to approval by the Assembly. By signing of the Application form and the Letter for authorization and appointment, the Applicant pretends to become a legitimately member of the Council, with all rights, obligations and responsibilities deriving from the membership and from the Statute of the Council. The Application form and the Letter for authorization and appointment shall be signed and sealed in two (2) identical copies, from which, one copy shall be delivered to the Council and one copy shall remain for the Applicant.
