March 11, 2009, ICI 5^th Annual Assembly of the Association, held at the premises of Stopanska Banka AD Skopje.

After the opening of the Assembly by Mr. Simeonidis, the current President of the ICI, Mr.Vlachos proceeded with the Agenda. He presented the activities for the year 2008, whereas the Secretary Genera & Treasurer, Mr. Vasilatos presented the financial results for the year 2008. The reports were unanimously approved by the Assembly.

The present members of ICI, 24 out of the total 31 (7 members absent due to business reasons), then proceeded towards the Election of the new President, Vice President, Secretary General and the members of the Executive Committee and the Supervisory Board.

The new bodies elected are as follows:

Executive Committee: composed of 9 members:

1. President: Aristides Vlachos

2. Vice President: Nikolai Beckers, Makedonski Telekom AD Skopje

3. Secretary General: Vasilios Vasilatos – Euroconsultants Ltd. Skopje

4. Member: Lampros Zogopoulos, OKTA Refinery AD Skopje

5. Member: Theodoulos Skordis, Stopanska Banka AD Skopje

6. Member: Konstantinos Daskalakis, Feni Industries Kavadarci

7. Member: Dimitris Tsamis, Zito Luks AD Skopje

8. Member: Megaklis Stoukidis, Cosmofon AD Skopje

9. Member: Dragisha Zlatkovski, Siemens Teleindustry SA, Rep. Office Skopje

Supervisory Board: composed of 3 members:

1. Federikos Lazaridis, Larin Mramor AD Skopje

2. Kyriakos Forozides, Forsped Logistics Kavadarci

3. Tanja Ramancheva, Bi-MEK Ltd. Skopje

The newly elected President, Mr. Aristides Vlachos gave a short address to the Assembly, thanking for the honour shown as well as for his visions for the future operation of the ICI.
